Are you ready for IR35?

Working in partnership with Jurit LLP, the interim team at Broster Buchanan can offer their knowledge and advice on the upcoming legislation due to come into effect in April 2020. This is aimed at identifying individuals who work “off payroll” through their own limited companies who are “disguised” as employees. The intention is that if these individuals work like employees they should pay the same tax and NIC as permanent employees.
