When I set up Broster Buchanan I was passionate that we would create a consultancy based on experience, relationships, delivery and quality. With a career spanning 20 years in global recruitment companies, I was increasingly frustrated by how some of the sector was becoming more transactional in its nature. People are the most important asset of any organisation and the identification and attraction of the right talent is critical to any business’s success.
