Following an early career in banking, it was through my genuine interest in people and understanding how they tick that I decided a career in recruitment was for me. Through my 14 years in recruitment, both at International and local level, it has been my mission to establish what it is that results in the best fit between client and candidate.
What did I discover? Time, patience and a focus on ‘genuine’ relationship building allows us to understand what it is that our customers want (I genuinely see that each contact I make will ebb and flow from candidate to client, sometimes fitting both briefs at one time!)
