Supporting a client who had failed to recruit a role having tried 7 other agencies over the course of 18 months. By taking the client back to the drawing board and providing relevant, honest, and consultative advice on their job specification, person specification, expectations, and process, Holly was able to source a qualified and relevant candidate within 3 weeks. That candidate has since been with the business for 2+ years and counting.
