Since graduating sixteen years ago, my whole career has been spent in recruitment. Working with some excellent recruiters, I feel fortunate to have been exposed to some of the best training in the industry, learning a great deal as to what individuals and organisations look for in a well-managed process. Operating firstly across industry and commerce and latterly across the public sector, more recently my career has been based around key account management and business development.
The chance to work with Broster Buchanan was one that greatly appealed to me. I genuinely feel that in today’s saturated market, there is demand for an organisation who can perform the basics of the job well; a simple point which I think is often overlooked. My role is to assist the team on a variety of briefs with research and resourcing assistance, whilst also keeping up to speed with market information and developments which may be of interest.
