With over 5 years of Technology Recruitment Experience, Lawrence worked with clients across EMEA and the Americas and joined Broster Buchanan to lead the Salesforce Recruitment Business in North America.

Supported one of the largest Technology Consulting Partners in the world in a D&I initiative that saw him increase diversified hiring across an entire technology department by 5x – He still works with several of the placement who have gone on to lead multi-million-dollar projects for Fortune 100 clients.

Interesting Fact:

Prior to recruitment, Lawrence worked in Michelin Star Restaurants as a chef, helping to win and maintain stars across France, Ireland and the UK.
