Having initially gained recruitment experience at one of the biggest blue-chip international recruiters, I then moved to a fast-growing technology start up working closely with a wide range of heads of talent and resourcing to support with efficiencies and innovation in their recruitment strategy. This experience means I am able to understand clients’ goals and challenges whatever the size when deciding how to attract and secure the best talent in the market.
